It’s a well-balanced wheel with a well-tuned wheel-tire combo. This is accomplished by placing measured lead weights on the opposite side of the “heavy spot”—the visible tread wear of your unstable tire—on the opposite side of the “heavy spot.”
If your vehicle vibrates at a specific speed, one of the wheels may be out of balance.
